Post A #1

proposition: the act of offering or suggesting something to be considered, accepted, adopted, or done. (pg 27)

repercussions: an often indirect effect, influence, or result that is produced by an event or action. (pg 42)

"I choose a bench that, as long as no one else boards, is situated between three or four empty seats all around. The blue vinyl cushion is ripped down the middle, with yellow stuffing inside about to burst out." (pg. 59) I knew that this was imagery because the way the author described the bus seats and because when I read that part; immediately I could picture that bus seat in my mind.

"A driveway climbs up the gentle slope before disappearing beneath a weathered wooden garage door." (pg. 45) I knew that this was personification because it gives the driveway a persons quality.
